Automation (Google Ops) is privately operated software for organizing Gmail, reconciling Calendar events and maintaining Drive and Sheets records. This page explains its purpose and Google permissions. It is not a public sign-up service.

Application features

Gmail organization

Reviews mail, labels, replies and notices and helps the account owner manage explicitly authorized native Gmail filters.

Calendar reconciliation

Examines trusted invitations and travel information to reconcile events and scheduling.

Google Drive and Sheets

Organizes selected files and attachments and maintains records of authorized workflows.

Scheduled automation

Runs Google Apps Script maintenance, monitoring and diagnostic functions under the owner's account.

Why Google user data is requested

Relevant permissions cover Gmail messages, labels and filter settings; Calendar events; selected Drive files and Sheets records; and Apps Script execution management. Optional advisory email classification may use separately configured Cloudflare infrastructure. Information is used for the owner's requested operations, not advertising.
